Our motivation program is designed to give you a solid foundation in understanding the drivers behind your own and others’ motivation, primarily in the workplace, but also in life as a whole.
There is a wealth of research in this field, and in this course, you will explore the core of what motivation truly is. You will be invited to examine the foundations of human drive from several different scientific perspectives.
General information about our leadership training
If you are looking for a program to understand yourself and your colleagues in a new way, you’ve come to the right place. We have extensive experience in leadership roles—ranging from first-line management in daily operations to commanding emergency scenes where split-second, life-altering decisions are required. This hands-on experience, combined with academic studies in leadership at both the university level and Swedish Civil Defence and Resilience Agency (MCF, formerly MSB), provides a solid foundation for the training we offer.
Our motivation for creating these programs is to help you, as a participant, view situations from different perspectives and, from there, choose your own path. We don’t aim to deliver a “one-size-fits-all” concept on exactly how to handle your leadership role. Instead, we want you to integrate new perspectives with your unique personality and experience to grow in your position.
Furthermore, we are driven by the fact that we struggled to find leadership training that was both scientifically grounded and affordable. Currently, we have developed a program focused on motivation, but our long-term goal is to offer a series of shorter courses that together form a comprehensive whole. Who is this course for?
This course is designed for both employees and managers/leaders—in short, everyone within an organization. It makes no difference whether you work in the public or private sector, or within a non-profit organization.

The course is well-suited for workgroups, project teams, management teams, or even as part of a staff meeting. No prior knowledge is required to participate. We also offer the possibility to tailor the content to suit the specific needs and goals of your group.

E-Learning
Our e-learning consists of several videos ranging in length from a few minutes up to fifteen minutes. In these videos, you will be introduced to theoretical foundations that you will then build upon between segments. Following each video or theory session, you will complete various tasks, such as self-reflection exercises or knowledge tests.
The videos are produced by us and are based on scientific research. We have chosen to use AI-generated voices in the videos to enable us to offer the training in multiple languages while keeping the cost of the program affordable. Aside from the voiceovers, the course content is not AI-generated.
