We bring extensive experience in leadership roles, ranging from day-to-day front-line management to high-pressure emergency response scenes where rapid, life-altering decisions are paramount. This practical expertise, combined with academic studies at the university level and training through the Swedish Civil Defence and Resilience Agency (MCF), forms the solid foundation of the programs we offer.
Our primary motivation in creating these leadership courses is to inspire you to view challenges through various lenses, empowering you to define your own path. We do not aim to deliver a “one-size-fits-all” concept on exactly how to manage your leadership assignments. Instead, we want you to use your unique personality and experience as a base, integrating new perspectives to evolve in your professional role.
Another driving force for us is the realization that it is often difficult to find leadership training that is both scientifically grounded and financially affordable. Currently, we offer a specialized course focused on motivation, but our long-term vision is to provide a suite of focused modules that together form a comprehensive leadership curriculum.

Leadership Forged in Crisis & Management
Leadership is our second core focus. Our approach is shaped by our dual experience as both formal managers and employees in leading roles. We have significant experience leading operational emergency responses where leadership is put to its ultimate test.
To complement our practical background, we hold academic degrees in leadership and organization from Malmö University and through our Fire Engineering education. This blend of “boots on the ground” experience and scientific theory ensures that our courses are both credible and impactful.

The founders of Motivelead bring years of experience as Fire Protection Engineers, Incident Commanders, and Senior Managers within the municipal emergency services. Our expertise is built on a broad foundation of public service, as well as work within private and non-profit organizations.
